ESCL Design SMS text messaging terms
These terms describe optional text conversations with ESCL Design, a residential design division of Conde Corp., at 26 Victoria St W, Alliston, ON L9R 1S8, Canada. Our contact number is 249-449-2272.
What messages you may receive
With your consent, ESCL Design employees may send one-to-one SMS messages about your inquiry or project. Conversations may include project updates, appointment or site-visit coordination, document requests, and responses to your questions. This service is for individual conversations, not promotional campaigns, bulk texts or automated project notifications.
How you consent
On our website inquiry form, enter your mobile number, read the SMS disclosure, select the optional SMS consent checkbox and submit your inquiry. The checkbox is not selected for you. Providing a phone number or submitting an inquiry without selecting it does not give SMS consent.
You may also give explicit permission by email, during a telephone conversation, through the proposal process, or when requesting service directly. Before you agree, we provide the SMS disclosure and access to these terms and our privacy policy. We record your affirmative agreement and the number you authorize. Simply requesting service or providing contact details is not SMS consent.
Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing services. You may communicate with us by email or telephone instead. By opting in, you agree to these SMS terms and to an electronic record of your consent. Only provide a mobile number you own or are authorized to use, and tell us if it changes.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with your inquiry, project and conversation. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. ESCL Design does not charge a separate SMS subscription fee. Contact your carrier about its charges. Delivery depends on your carrier and network availability; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Stopping messages
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from the ESCL Design number that sent the message. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out; no further project messages will be sent from that number unless you opt in again. You may also use QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE.
If you communicate with more than one ESCL Design employee number, an SMS keyword opt-out applies to the number receiving it. To request that all ESCL Design SMS communication stop, email info@escldesign.ca or call 249-449-2272. Withdrawing SMS consent does not cancel your project or prevent necessary email or telephone communication.
